The Holyoke Housing Authority is seeking On-Call Architecture & Engineering Professional Services associated with the design and supervision of various public construction projects for a period of 2 years. Such projects include, but not limited to, unit modifications, elevator modernization, concrete balcony and band repairs, mechanical upgrades, resurfacing parking lots, environmental assessment and remediation, landscape architecture services, and designing new construction of affordable housing units. It is anticipated that a schedule of rates will be negotiated for the contract, and task orders developed and negotiated for specific projects. The scope of individual assignments may include, but not limited to planning, utility system evaluation and design, project consultation and management, third-party evaluations, design for renovations and/or repairs, design for new construction, project management and construction supervision or management services. The HHA reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals, if it be in the public interest to do so. The HHA is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Agency. The Offeror must also be fully licensed and in good standing to perform services requested in the RFQ in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
