Construction of EBB Phase 1 Monitoring Wells Reference Number 0000338435 The goal of this project is to construct, develop and test five clusters of up to 6 monitoring wells using the roto-sonic, air rotary casing hammer (ARCH) and direct circulation drilling method. Included but not limited to for the work is drilling nine (9) sonic boreholes to between 50 and 105 ft, installing 3-in. PVC casing and screen, gravel pack, and construction monument style surface completions. Work also includes five (5) combination ARCH and direct mud circulation boreholes with geophysical logging. Three (3) of the direct mud boreholes will include installation of nested 3-in. pvc well casing separated by intermediate seals. Two (2) of the direct mud boreholes will be completed with single 3-in. PVC casing strings. Optional tasks to be completed at Owner's discretion include construction of 5-in. diameter monitoring wells via direct mud drilling, NMR logging of up to three (3) deep boreholes, and aquifer pumping tests.
