Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Lennox, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Phase One: Work includes construction of the new addition on the south and east side of the existing high school. Work includes construction of the new theatre, theatre support spaces, auxiliary gymnasium, lobby, concessions, fitness room and boyís and girlís locker rooms. Work includes remodeling of the existing training room. Work also includes construction of the new tennis courts in add alternates #2 and #3 if accepted by the owner. Phase one work shall commence on site after Notice of Contract Award. Phase one shall be substantially completed by July 31, 2025. Final completion of all punch list items shall be completed by August 14, 2025. Phase Two: Work includes remodeling inside the existing building and construction of new Corridor D119. Remodeling work inside the existing building includes work in Servery B152, Storage B38 and Freezer C124. Work also includes new mechanical piping and electrical conduit above ceilings in existing building and Corridor D119 for connection to the new addition. Work on site shall commence on June 3, 2024. Phase Two shall be substantially completed by August 9, 2024. Final completion of all punch list items shall be completed by August 15, 2020.
