Renovation of a medical facility in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Location of Work: Health Science Building #2003 and #3003 Tiered Lecture Halls 805 6th Avenue West Hendersonville, NC 28739 Contractor to provide a turnkey project inclusive of all labor, materials to make renovations to increase the sound insulation of the Health Science Center #2003 and #3003 tiered lecture halls. Soundproofing Batting or Foam for above drop ceiling NRC: minimum of .90 Meet UL94HF-1 flammability requirements Installed per soundproofing batting or foam manufacturer's installation instructions. Installation to include the light fixture manufacturer's requirements for clearance around fixtures. Contractor may start as immediately upon mceipt of Purchase Order with coordination of class schedules Contractor to be complete by May 1st, 2024. Last Day for Questions: December 15th, 2023 at 4:00pm. Questions must be in written form by email or [ASPS letter on or before, but NLT date indicated.
