Special Material Testing Henderson County is accepting qualifications for the HCPS West Henderson High Special Inspections and Construction Materials Testing Services. All bids are to be sealed, hard copies, and hand delivered, or sent by mail. All envelopes should be clearly marked: RFQ: Special Inspections and Construction Materials Testing Services HCPS West Henderson High School. NO EMAIL OR FASCMILE COPIES WILL BE CONSIDERED. This facility will be located on Henderson County Public School property at 3600 Haywood Rd. Hendersonville, NC 28791. This project is to renovation and addition project to the existing West Henderson High School and the project is inclusive of demolition of existing areas, renovation to existing structures as well as new construction. All proposals must demonstrate compliance with all aspects of North Carolina law and Henderson County policy, including e-verification, terms and conditions and other requirements. As a general guide to prospective proposers, the RFQ Selection Procedures adopted by the North Carolina State Building Commission, appropriately modified for use by Henderson County, will be employed in this process. Henderson County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities and to be the sole judge of the suitability of the goods and services, for its intended use as allowed by law and further specifically reserves the right to make the award in the best interest of the County.
