Renovation of an educational facility in Columbia, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Contractor shall complete the project and provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for completion of the project. The scope of work for the project shall consist and includes all work necessary and identified in the District's Invitation to Bid and all other Attachments attached to and incorporated into this Agreement. The scope of work shall be performed in accordance with this Agreement. The project shall be referred to throughout the remainder of this Agreement as the "Work". All Work under this Agreement shall be done by Contractor in compliance with all applicable local, county, state, and federal laws, codes, ordinances, and regulations. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits, licenses and other documents to perform the Work. Contractor shall pay all governmental charges and inspection fees necessary for the prosecution of the Work which are applicable at the time this Agreement is executed. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of any documents referenced and attached hereto, then at the option of the District, the stricter shall prevail and control. Requests for interpretation (RFI) or clarifications of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted by the Bidder in writing no later than 12:00 pm local time on January 16, 2024. Bidders shall submit RFIs in PDF format to Brad Stegemann via email at stegemann@soa-inc.com. Replies may be issued by addendum. All Contractors and Subcontractors shall conform to the State of Missouri, Division of Labor Standards, Annual Wage Order No. 30, Section 010, Boone County, in accordance with Section 290.262 CUM. Supp. RSMo 2000. All Contractors and Subcontractors shall conform to the Missouri Prevailing Wage Law Sections 290.550 to 290.580 Public Works during Excessive Unemployment, if applicable to this Project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
