The State of Minnesota is requesting proposal(s) for Architectural and Engineering design services to repair bridge and address terrain erosion occurrences at the structure at the MDVA-Minneapolis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The term of this contract is anticipated to run from March 1, 2024 to February 28, 2026, with the option to extend an additional 3 years in increments determined by the State. Based upon the scope of work attached, the successful responder is required to be an Architect, Engineer, Landscape Architect, or Land Surveyor registered in the State of Minnesota under Minn. Stat. 326.02-14. A copy of Minnesota Statutes and Minnesota Rules is available at Online. The State reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract if the contractor is not in compliance with the insurance requirements and retains all rights to pursue any legal remedies against the contractor. All insurance policies must be open to inspection by the State, and copies of policies must be submitted to the State's authorized representative upon written request.
