A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Rehab of Sanitary Manholes with Poly Coating Questions due by: 3:30 PM, 1/12/2024 This specification shall govern all work, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for 100% solids polyurethane coating rehabilitation for the purpose of eliminating infiltration, exfiltration, providing corrosion protection, and repair of voids by applying the lining system to the wall and bench surfaces of brick, concrete, or other masonry construction material. There are 129 sanitary sewer manholes that will be rehabilitated by means of the polyurethane coating system, for a total of 1540 vertical feet of liner. Manhole dimensions shall be verified in the field. Generally, the manholes are circular or oval-shaped brick with a 30-inch diameter The City of Minneapolis policy is to provide equal opportunities to all businesses, with an effort to redress discrimination in the Citys marketplace and in public contracting against MinorityOwned Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBEs). The SUBP, as detailed in the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances Chapter 423.40, applies to contracts in excess of $,000. SUBP goals are set on contracts based on project scope, subcontracting opportunities, and availability of qualified MBEs/WBEs.
