Site work and paving for a road / highway in Great Bend, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Barton County is accepting bids for the NE 30 Road Resurfacing Project. The project consists of a 1.5-inch hot mix asphalt overlay, milling, rock edge wedges, and permanent pavement markings on NE 30 Road from US-281 highway east to NE 30 Avenue. The project is approximately 2.63 miles in length. Project Requirements Refer to the details in the Request for Bids contained in the bidding documents. Please note that all bids must be submitted on the Bid Form found in the bidding documents which are available only from the office of the Barton County Engineer. Any bids/proposals may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bids/proposals received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. Bids/proposals submitted after the closing date and time will be returned unopened. Bids/proposals may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
