The Indian Health Service, California Area Office requires Maintenance and Repair of the Uninterruptable Power Supply at 3 locations. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform maintenance and support of California Area Indian Health Service (CAIHS) uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units in accordance with the Performance Work Statement dated 16 Apr. 2024. In accordance with the Service Contract Act, the Wage Determination No.: 2015-5631; Revision No.: 20; Dated: 26 Dec. 2023; issued by the Department of Labor, is attached. The period of performance: Base year, plus 4 Optional Years. Please see the attached solicitation and provide your quote on the Pricing Schedule within.
