Site work for a water / sewer project in Sacramento, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Upon completion of this process, selected consultants may have the opportunity to provide engineering design services for sewer condition assessment, rehabilitation, and relief projects. SacSewer's Capital Funding Projection currently includes approximately $100 million of relief, rehabilitation, and other capital projects over the next three years. All questions regarding this RFQ should be directed to Mike Miner via e-mail at minermi@sacsewer.com no later than 3:00 pm PST on January 16, 2024. Once the Board approves the consultant list, SacSewer will solicit proposals from the top two ranked consultant firms on the consultant list when design services are needed. SacSewer will provide an RFP identifying the scope of work to these firms. Forsimultaneous projects, distribution of RFP opportunities will include one more listed firm than the number of projects, in order of ranking. Proposal guidelines, requirements, ranking criteria, and scope of work will be included in SacSewer's Request for Proposals and issued as consultant services are requested for sewer relief, condition assessment, rehabilitation, and other capital projects.
