Description: Window Protection Inserts for Historical Building Requested Availability Date ofProduct: NO LATER THAN Monday, January 8, 2024 @5:00 PMPST PROJECT DESCRIPTION Contractor will provide the State of Oregon Department of Administrative Services, Operations and Maintenance with 128 individually measured and manufactured protective window inserts for a historical building. A complete Statement ofWork can be found in Attachment A Statement ofWork and Specifications. MINIMUM REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS Listed below is an abbreviated list of required specifications. A complete list of required specifications can be found in Attachment A_Statement of Work and Specifications. o Acrylic Glazing on each window insert. o Air Space should be a MINIMUM of 1/2 " between windowpane and insert. However, 1-4" is preferred. o Compression Tubing. o Corner Cut Outs. o D Rings. REQUIRED WINDOW MEASUREMENTS A complete list of exact window measurements can be found in Attachment B - Window Measurements. PRICE PROPOSAL Please see Attachment C - Price Proposal and complete pricing for each item 1-128. Attachment C - Price Proposal MUST be returned with Bidders emailed Bid.
