Demolition of four (4) variable frequency drives (VFDs), (2) vertical turbine pumps, and adjacent valves and piping. 2. Install (1) new vertical turbine pump, (3) check valves, (1) butterfly valves, and adjacent piping. Replace concrete pipe supports in kind. 3. Epoxy paint all pipe, pumps, and valves and ceiling structural steel on lower level. Include abrasive blasting for surface preparation. 4. Replace existing corroded flange bolts with stainless steel bolts. 5. Install (3) new VFDs. 6.
