Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Edgerton, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The scope of work for this contract includes furnishing all labor and material required to complete this project. This includes coordination with City utility for installation of new water service and electrical service. The work also includes erosion control measures necessary to protect adjacent properties, grading of the site and hauling off excess fill material. Construction access will need to be installed and maintained over a high-pressure gas line during the entirety of the project timeline. Site improvements in this scope of work include, but are not limited to earthwork berms, concrete pavement, site furnishings, park signage, park shelter, playground, and fitness scape. Also included in the scope is soil preparation, planting beds and trees. The skatepark is out of contract and will be performed by others, however the contractor shall coordinate construction schedules and sequencing as part of the park improvements scope of work. Bids received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened. All contractors who plan to submit a proposal on the project are requested to attend.
