Renovation of a mixed-use development in Carey, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The district wishes to purchase and have installed the following network upgrade. 1. Qty 2 - Extreme 7520-48Y8C-AC-F or equivalent; 2. Qty 12 - ExtremeSwitching 5420-16MW-32P-4YE or equivalent; 3. Qty 18 - ExtremeSwitching 5320-48P-8XE or equivalent; 4. Qty 2 - Extreme 7000 Premier Feature License or equivalent; 5. Qty 32 - ExtremeCloud IQ Pilot 7500 Tier 0 for 5YR Cloud Subscription or equivalent; 7. Qty 110 - Wireless Access Points with Wifi6E or equivalent; 8. Connections to provide redundancy between switches and between the IDFs and the MDF; 9. All cables, power cords and adapters to connect the new equipment. All equipment shall be in new condition and include at minimum a full one-year replacement warranty. All bidders are required to do a walk-through before a proposal will be considered. If equipment is different from what is requested, documentation must be provided with the proposal demonstrating that the proposed equipment is equivalent and will function properly in our environment or the proposal will not be considered. The bidder shall provide their SPIN in their proposal and shall provide documentation that they are an authorized reseller of the equipment being proposed. If an operating license is required, it should be for five years and shall not include any additional components such as support or management. Complete descriptive literature must accompany equivalent bids. Samples will be requested if necessary. Bid price shall include delivery to the point of use. Where it shall be deemed necessary by school officials, the successful bidder shall be prepared to provide instruction in use and care of equipment delivered in both written form and on a demonstration basis. Optional accessories necessary for the basic use of equipment shall be included in the base bid. Such accessories not necessary for the basic use but deemed desirable shall be included as an alternative bid with a complete description.
