The City of Huntsville (the City) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the purpose of qualifying consultants interested in updating the Citys Parks and Recreation Plan. The City of Huntsville is aware of the time and effort you expend in preparing and submitting RFQ statements and proposals to the City. Please let us know of any RFQ requirements which are causing you difficulty in responding. We want to make the process as easy and painless as possible so that all responsible firms can compete for the City's business January 11, 2024 - Deadline for Questions February 2023 - Award Preparation All questions concerning the solicitation should be directed to the Procurement Agent, Lucy Gonzalez, at email: lgonzalez@huntsvilletx.gov. The initial term of any contract resulting from this RFQ shall be from contract award until November 30, 2024. The City, at its own discretion and upon approval of the City Council, may renew any contract awarded pursuant to this RFQ for up to one (1) additional six-(6) month term as needed for project completion.
