From Basalt, CO go approximately 3 miles NE on Frying Pan Road, turn left on Toner Creek Road - travel approximately 1.2 miles to the project site. Note: There is a locked gate at the Intersection of Frying Pan Road and Toner Creek Road. Contractors need to attend the Pre-bid Meeting or make other arrangements to visit the site.
