Bid Bond 5.00 % Performance Bond 100.00 % As part of the Public Works 2024 Public Works Shop TPO Roof Replacement the Town is seeking to retain the services of a firm to provide: A. Obtaining Town of Basalt Building Permit. B. Removal and disposal of old roof and debris. C. Replacement and installation of a class A fire rated coverboard as needed including the replacement of any damaged or deteriorated substrate. D. New metal flashing, drains, and downspouts, as needed. E. Replacement of 60 mil TPO membrane or similar product that meets the Town of Basalt and International building code. TPO roofing membrane is measured at approximately 5,000 square feet. Removal of old solar panel mounting brackets which are contributing to leaks and replace them with the proper watertight permanent brackets The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids received as a result of this RFB.
