As of June 11, 2024, project has been cancelled. Reference Number 0000345247 This project includes improvements to Basalt's Fairview Cemetery, which is located on the Cemetery Road in Basalt, CO. This project will include a new tap from the existing water main near the intersection of Cemetery Road and Red Tail Ln and a service line going up into the cemetery. It will include the abandonment of the existing tap in Elk Run Drive. It will include a new electric service from an existing line near the intersection of Cemetery Rd and Red Tail Ln, into the cemetery. Inside the cemetery the project includes a new irrigation system including all pipe, valves, sprinkler components, wires, pump station, control clock and all other associated components. Question Deadline 04/05/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Questions about the meaning or intent of the bid documents must be submitted to Trevor LaLonde, by emailing trevor.lalonde@basalt.net The undersigned Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract when needed in order to substantially complete the project prior to November 1, 2024. This solicitation for bids may be canceled by the Town of Basalt, and any bid or proposal may be rejected in whole or in part for good cause when in the best interests of the Town of Basalt.
