OMV Interior Repairs - DPS Scope of Work - Leesville OMV: Contractor shall provide all labor and materials in order to complete the interior repairs of damages caused during Hurricane Laura and the Ice Storm of February 2021 to the Leesville Office of Motor Vehicles (OMV) for the Louisiana Department of Public Safety (DPS). Contractor shall: o Furnish all labor, equipment and supplies necessary for the completion of the stated repairs. o Move out, then reset all contents as required to complete project. o Disconnect/reconnect system wiring as needed in order to make repairs to building (mechanical room). o Mask and cover all surfaces and fixtures to protect from paint spillage, drippage, etc. o Coordinate work required after regular business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) with Ellen Tyree, office manager. Any work hour changes must also be coordinated and approved by office manager. o Provide job-site storage, with delivery and pick-up, as required to hold supplies and/or materials. o Dispose of all materials and debris resulting from the repairs and provide for removal of same.
