Anticipated Substantial Completion date: December 1, 2024 Lump sum bid proposals will be received for this project at the scheduled time of receipt bids and will be publicly opened at that time. G. Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cash in an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Should a bid bond be submitted, the bid bond shall be payable to the City of Morris.
