Renovation of a water / sewer project in Atlantic Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Bids shall be enclosed in an envelope/package, and the outside of the delivered package shall be endorsed 20th St. Lift Station Access Widening. The project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials for the construction of ~ 340 LF of wooden bulkhead and widening of an existing driveway from 10 to 12. The contractor is responsible for structural design and engineering of the bulkhead using the provided geotechnical report. Work includes clearing and grubbing for the required widening, removal of approximately 20 of existing bulkhead, concrete curb and flume, and an existing railroad tie planter box. Also included is construction of one Type C catch basin with outfall pipe and other minor concrete work. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents
