The County Commissioners of Charles County are hereby requesting sealed proposals from qualified engineering firms to survey, design, and prepare bid documents for the construction of a 13,400-feet extension of a 16-inch public water main along the Cross County Connector, from Middletown Road to Bensville Road The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in the proposals received when such a waiver is in the best interest of Charles County. Charles County Government is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Charles County Government has established an MWBE Program which applies to all formal solicitations.
