The project includes the full "turn key" modernizations to the elevators on the Modesto Junior College East Campus and Modesto Junior College West Campus for a total of seven (7) elevators. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess at a minimum the following State of California Contractor License and Certification: A California Class A and/or B and/or C11 contractor's license is required to Bid this contract. The Bidder's license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract. Additional Pre bid meeting note: The bid walk will continue onto the East Campus located 435 College Ave., Modesto. All participants shall meet in front of the Administration (Morris Memorial) Building followed by Founders' Hall, then the Library & Learning Center and finally the Women's PE building.
