Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % A certified check or bank draft payable without condition to the Charter Township of White Lake, Treasurer, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company in an amount of five (5%) percent of the Proposal amount shall be submitted with each bid, as a guarantee of good faith and the same to be subject to the conditions stipulated in the Instructions to Bidders. *The right to accept any proposal, to reject any or all proposals, and to waive defects in the proposals is reserved by the Owner.
