Reference Number 0000340394 The Board of Education of Huron Valley Schools is accepting firm, sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment and all other services to complete mold remediation at Lakeland High School for Huron Valley Schools. Questions can be addressed to Andrew Kokoszka, Nova Environmental, Inc. at 734-930-0995. Proposals must include a bid bond or certified check made payable to Huron Valley Schools for not less than 5% of the contract and must be submitted on the bid proposal form furnished with the specifications. All proposals will remain firm for a period of 60 days and provide performance/labor and material bonds upon award. No bids may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the bids are opened. All bids must be submitted in duplicate, on the forms provided in the bid packet. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part, to award contract to other than the low bidder; to waive any irregularities and/or informalities; and in general, to make awards in any manner deemed to be in the best interests of the owner.
