The specifications are contained in the Design Project Manual. Responses submitted must meet or exceed all requirements. Bids that do not meet or exceed all requirements will be considered non-responsive. The Bruce Elementary School Roof Repairs scope of work includes, but not limited to, Contractor to verify existing site conditions & portable count. Demolition to include the buildings in their entirety and associated appurtenances. Appurtenances include but are not limited to ramps, decks, steps, sidewalks, concrete pads, utility poles, etc. Adjacent concrete curbs to be repaired/ replaced with new to match existing profiles. Site shall be graded for proper site drainage and seeded. Demolition site shall be free of all debris when complete. Adjacent property, buildings, etc. shall be protected from damage.
