Deadline to Submit Written RFP Questions January 18, 2024 The City of Calabasas would like to retain the services of a qualified Landscape Maintenance Company to perform landscape maintenance work. The respective areas of this contract are compromised as the exterior landscaped common areas of Landscape Lighting Act District 22, specifically the Clairidge Homeowners Association. The work to be done consists of, but is not limited to; landscape maintenance of parkways, median islands and slopes (including mowing and edging), weeding, sweeping, pruning of shrubs and groundcovers, fertilizing, litter clean-up, tree trimming for pedestrian and vehicle clearances, etc. Refer to cost-breakdown schedules herein as well as maps for a complete understanding of all maintenance work to be performed.
