Reference Number 0000338391 Replace Steam Generator for Steam Room Any questions contact John Szlinis at john.szlinis@cantonmi.gov DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT The project includes replacement of 1 (one) steam generator to produce steam for our recreation centers steam room volume approximately 900 cubic ft. PROJECT SCHEDULE Work can commence immediately once timeline is approved by Facilities Maintenance Department Head. SPECIFICATION One (1) Steam generator (Current is a Mr. Steam CU1000) Verify disconnect is in working condition All electrical and disconnects are to be in working order Must be up to current State boiler code Must pull all State and township required permits Include all equipment and rentals. Work shall never block or impede traffic of the hallway leading to the Family locker room. Work shall never block or impede entry or exit of the Sauna next to Steam room Contractor to be responsible for all demolition and disposal costs. All schedules must be approved by the Township Project Manager. Any deviation from these specifications must be approved in writing by Canton Township. The Contractor must be fully licensed and insured to perform the work.
