The City of West Lake Hills, hereafter called OWNER, is requesting Bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals, and for performing all Work required for the following: Project: Harbor View Retaining Wall and Guard Rail Improvements and Roadrunner Road Culvert Replacement and Paving Improvements Located at: Harbor View Drive and Road Runner Road Solicitation No.: 24-001 The Work consists of the following: - Harbor View Road: The construction of a concrete retaining wall and guardrail installation. - Roadrunner Road: Full depth reconstruction of existing pavement along with removing and replacing the existing 18" CMP pipe with 18" RCP pipe, the installation of a grate inlet and safety end treatments and the construction of a concrete retaining wall on the north side of the road.
