Clean joints and repoint the cornice perimeter. Remove and cap all designated vents. Install thermostatically controlled vents. Provide new roof access ladders. Remove the existing rooftop unit and install two new rooftop units. Remove existing basement unit and provide new split system and ductwork. Remove all existing ductwork attached to the basement heating unit. Furnish and install all necessary ductwork to supply the first and second floors. Furnish and install exhaust fans for the first and second floors. The Vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete all Construction Services. The Vendor shall furnish any incidental work, materials, labor, and equipment that are necessary to complete the Construction Services, even if such incidental work is not explicitly included in the Project Plans.
