Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
As pursuant to ORS 279.027, bidders are required to complete the first-tier subcontractor disclosures form. The completed form must be received at the Palisades Main Office located in the Palisades World Language School, 1500 Greentree Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034 within two hours of the bid time and date. Time is of the essence for completion of this project with a Substantial Completion date of Monday, July 29, 2024.
