Specifics listed within the Invitation to Bid. The Town of Wilkesboro is seeking bids and qualifications from a professional firm to provide hardscape design and installation for a hardscape surface and/or wall at Mountain Park Cemetery Project. This should include the seen and unseen components in the final proposal of the project. This project will include a hardscape surface around three flag poles and room for future benches on either side of the flagpoles. The size of this top hardscape is 40 feet by 20 feet and will need a small retaining wall up to 2 feet in height to level the topography for the hardscape surface.This paver surface should be ADA Wheel Chair Accessible. The town has purchased the three flag poles and solar-powered lighting. The professional firm will work with the Town with the installation of the flag poles and solar-powered lighting. Scope of Services - This section provides a detailed description of the services that will be provided by the vendor. This clause gives both parties the right to terminate the contract upon the occurrence of specified conditions or events. The Town reserves the right to cancel or otherwise rescind a purchase order based on the Town's best interest.
