The City of Edwardsville, Illinois is issuing a Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") to IDOT Prequalified Engineering firms for construction engineering services for the Governors Parkway and Esic Drive Round about. PROJECT SCOPE The project consists of converting the existing signalized intersection into a multi-lane modern roundabout at the intersection of Governors Pkwy and Esic Drive. This project is largely funded by a federal grant from the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program. SCOPE OF SERVICES The scope of services shall meet IDOT standard design engineering services agreement for local agency agreement. The design firm must prove that they have experience in geometrics and intersection improvements as well as structural retaining walls. Services shall consist of surveying and civil engineering to establish existing conditions, locate the existing right of way, provide preliminary design, and prepare final Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PSE) to construct this shared use path.
