Description of Program: Madison County streets and highways are a conduit for economic development and must be properly maintained to ensure continued growth & prosperity for all who live and visit. The Building & Zoning department is seeking qualified personnel/contractor to provide litter mitigation & clean up services on an intermittent basis throughout FY2024. Madison County Building & Zoning Responsibilities: The County is seeking a company that will provide the technical knowledge, equipment, and labor needed to properly clean up and mitigate litter on county roadways. Madison County Building & Zoning will provide the location of designated mitigation areas. The county is responsible for coordination with contracting representatives and logistics of clean up operations. Litter Mitigation and Clean Up Services Submittals shall be marked on the sealed envelope: "LITTER MITIGATION" The right is reserved to reject any and all bids. Sealed proposals and bids must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked "Madison County Litter Mitigation and Clean up" and all questions directed to: Malik Fazil supportservices@madisoncountyil.gov
