This is the Phase 2 solicitation following an Invitation to Qualify (Phase 1). Only qualified suppliers from Phase 1 have been invited to bid. Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), has a requirement for the renovation of the interior space for office functions at the CFIA laboratory located at 3155 Willingdon Green, Burnaby BC, in support of CFIA’s Accessibility Project to comply with the accessibility requirements of the Accessible Canada Act (ACA). The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Selective demolition of miscellaneous interior structures and fixtures New interior walls New interior glazing and glass doors Interior flooring – Carpet Furnishing and Millwork Minor electrical and mechanical work To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost approximately between $100,001.00 and $500,000.00 (GST included).
