Site work and new construction of a power facility in Burnaby, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a power facility.

Burnaby DES Integrated Project Delivery ("IPD") project. TIMELINE: A Request for Proposal from professional, qualified, and experienced firms to select a team including the Prime Consultant(s) and IPD facilitator for the Burnaby DES Integrated Project Delivery ("IPD") project was previously issued for this project in 2024. This project has been deferred and is subject to approval to proceed with project preliminary design and cost estimation. All other timelines are yet to be determined. Further update in summer 2027. *The base target cost will be set after the entire IPD Team completes the Validation Phase. However the owner has estimated a maximum project budget for Phase 1 at 200 million.
