Site work and renovation of a civil project in Paso Robles, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

**As of April 11,2024 this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on June earliest.** The Project consists of constructing a recycled water pump station and electrical building inside the Citys wastewater treatment plant, a new 900,000 gallon recycled water storage tank near Priska Drive, the Buena Vista turnout facility, a de-chlorination station at Barney Schwartz Park, auger bore crossing of Highway 46, approximately 18,000 LF of 6-inch to 24-inch distribution pipelines with appurtenances, approximately 16,000 LF of 2-inch and 4-inch fiber optic conduit with handholes, and electrical and remote control systems for a complete in-place operational recycled water distribution system. This project is funded by the Clean Water State Revolving fund. Contractor shall comply with all requirements for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund. This includes soliciting the services of disadvantaged business enterprises (DBEs) at least 30 days prior to bid opening. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with Document 00200 - Instructions to Bidders. Any addenda issued before the time in which to submit Bids expires shall form a part of the Contract Documents and shall be covered in the Bid. Bidders shall acknowledge and confirm receipt of any and all Addenda in their Bid proposal. This plan holders list will be updated weekly. Contractor must provide proof of registration with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) in the form of a PDF extract from DIR Public Works Registration website. Pursuant to California SB854, Contractor and subcontractor must submit certified payroll records (CPRs) to the Labor Commissioner. Project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR. Qualification of Bidders will be determined by the application of a pre-established pass/fail rating system based on information required to be submitted by prospective Bidders. Due to the specialized nature of the construction, the experience and qualifications of Bidders will be evaluated by the Owner during Bid evaluation. Only those Bids submitted by Bidders determined by the Owner to be qualified will be considered. Bids received from Bidders who are not qualified will be returned. Contractor shall submit the qualifications statement package required in Section 13207, paragraph 1.04. Pursuant to Section 1770 et. seq., California Labor Code, the successful Bidder shall pay not less than the prevailing rate of per diem wages as determined by the Director of California Department of Industrial Relations. A copy of such prevailing rate is on file at the Owner's offices and will be made available for examination during business hours to any party on request. The project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the California Department of Industrial Relations.
