Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Madison, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Contractor shall, perform the construction, execution and completion of the following listed complete work or improvement in full compliance with the Plans, Specifications, Standard Specifications, Supplemental Specifications, Special Provisions and Agreement; perform all items of work covered or stipulated in the Proposal; perform all altered or extra work; and shall furnish, unless otherwise provided in the contract, all materials, implements, machinery, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, and labor necessary to the prosecution and completion of the work or improvements This project consists of installing asphalt pavement, including base course for asphalt path and pickleball/tennis courts, installing footings/bases and electrical supply for the court lighting system, installing fencing, gates, net posts, net tie downs and sport court finishing and striping to construct a three (3) court (pickleball and tennis) complex at Rennebohm Park. The Contractor shall view the site prior to bidding to become familiar with the existing conditions. The Contractor shall work with the existing utilities to resolve conflicts during the construction process.
