Reference Number 0000339012 The City of Albany (hereinafter referred to as the "CITY") hereby requests proposals from qualified engineering and architectural firms to provide professional services related to the renovation of the Hoffman recreation Center, 7 Hoffman Ave in the City of Albany. Minority Business Enterprises and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals. The ensuing contract for these services will commence in or about March 15, 2024 and will terminate in October 31, 2025, with the possibility of one (1) three (3) month extension period.
