Reference Number 0000262010 Question Acceptance Deadline Jan 15, 2024 02:00 PM EST Consultant to perform an on-site inspection of all exterior doors and windows to assess their condition and the condition of adjacent building materials relevant to the doors and windows including, but not limited to, exterior cladding, sealants, and interior finishes. Review existing available architectural wall sections and door and window details. Provide a door and window report to describe the existing condition of doors windows and adjacent building materials and present options for repair or replacement. Include a minimum of three options with scope descriptions, energy analysis summaries, order of magnitude construction cost estimates, advantages and disadvantages and provide recommendations. Recommendations to be based on implementation for short term, mid-term and long term, stated in years. Complete energy analysis calculations for the existing doors and windows, and each repair or replacement option, on the energy analysis tool provided by BGIS. Provide a recommendation that represents the best value for Canada taking into consideration cost, energy savings and reductions in greenhouse gas emissions.
