Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fort Frances, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and transportation facility.
The Town of Fort Frances is soliciting bids for two projects. The first is the supply and installation of a load bank at the Fort Frances Water Treatment Plant including new concrete slab, underground and above ground wiring to tie the load bank into the existing generator and automatic transfer switch ensuring property application of load to the standby power unit. Secondly the Town is looking for bids for the installation of a pre purchased standby power unit and automatic transfer switch. This will include concrete slabs, wiring tie in, connection of the standby power unit and transfer switch. The Town is also looking for provisional pricing of a wooden structure to cover the switch gear at the transfer switch.
