The building will be a two story, 50,000 square foot, steel framed facility with slab on grade construction. The scope will include all site improvements and development. The scope will also include a separate facility for equipment storage and training on site. The program includes a two story layout with Police & Fire administration, equipment bay, sallyport, booking and holding cells, utility rooms, sleeping quarters and shared spaces. General Site: 1. Clearing 2. New driveway & general earthwork 3. Stormwater managment system(s) 4. Landscaping 5. Parking lot Architectural: 1. New Construction, slab on grade, steel framed, brick & metal facades, flat roofs MEP: 1. All new HVAC, electrical, plumbing, & Fire Protection / life safety systems LEED: Not applicable Anticipated Notice To Proceed: February 2024 (Approx.)
