A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The work to be performed includes the following:Provision of all equipment, materials, and labor necessary for the renovation of the interior and exterior of an existing structure in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. Only questions answered by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Addenda may also be issued to modify the bidding documents as deemed advisable by County. Addenda will be emailed or delivered to all parties recorded as having received the bidding documents. No addenda will be issued later than three (3) days prior to the date for receipt of bids except an addendum, if necessary, postponing the date for receipt of bids or withdrawing the request for bids. Clean, repair & parge exterior concrete walls & entry ceilings, paint 6. Clean, repair, replace broken glazing and re-putty windows, paint ext. & int 7. Clean, replace broken glazing, paint doors as needed 8. Clean, repair & spackle exterior wood walls at basement entry shed, paint 9. Furnish and install r-19 batt insulation under raised floors, including stage 10. Furnish and install r-36 blown-in cellulose insulation above ceiling in all rooms 11. Bidders may be required to submit evidence that they have a practical knowledge of the work bid upon, and that they have the financial resources to complete the proposed work.
