This SOW is for services to provide commercial plumbing maintenance and repair services for the Odessa District. Deadline for submission of questions 01/17/2024 TxDOT Response to Questions to be posted by: 01/24/2024 Term of Service: The initial term of the contract shall commence upon execution for a period of one year with the option to renew for three one-year periods at TxDOTs sole discretion. TxDOT will provide an intent to renew, in writing, a minimum of 30 days prior to expiration of the current term. NOTE: The dates, list below, are estimated and based on the anticipated award date of the contract. Initial term February 05, 2024 through February 4, 2025 1st Renewal Option February 05, 2025 through February 4, 2026 2nd Renewal Option February 05, 2026 through February 4, 2027 3rd Renewal Option February 05, 2027 through February 4, 2028
