Project Description: PS&E services for the Pharr District: International Bridge Trade Corridor (IBTC) Phase 1 from 365 Tollway and FM 493 to IH-2. The deadline for submitting questions regarding this Solicitation is 1:00 p.m. CT, on Wednesday, January 10, 2024. Significant and relevant Solicitation Questions and Answers will be posted to the Supporting Documentation for the solicitation in the TxDOT Procurement Portal by Wednesday, Month 17, 2024. The assigned DBE goal for participation in the work to be performed under this contract is 13.5% of the contract amount. Contract execution is expected by July 2024. Contract duration is expected through July 2029. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
