This project is to install a new fire alarm system complete with fire alarm control panels, annunciators, smoke detectors, duct detectors, relays, horns / strobes, conduit boxes, wire and other electrical components required to comply with the NFPA Life Safety Codes, in multiple buildings. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the amount of 5% of greatest amount bid. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount will be required upon award of a contract. Visitors are subjected to searches as they enter the facility and may be required to walk through electronic scanning equipment such as metal detectors. Access to the facility will be denied to anyone not willing to be searched. Appropriate attire required.
