2104382 Battery Park City Authority d/b/a Hugh L. Carey Battery Park City Authority ("BPCA") requests proposals (individually a "Proposal" and collectively the "Proposals") from rolling door and gate maintenance companies (individually a "Proposer" and collectively the "Proposers") to provide BPCA with Roll Up Door Maintenance & Repair Services. Roll Up Door Maintenance & Repair Services shall include, but not be limited to, A) Routine Maintenance Services, B) Emergency Repair Services, and C) Part Replacement and Repair Work. A detailed scope of work for which the selected Proposer will be responsible can be found in the Request for Proposals document. Minority-Owned Business Enterprises ("MBE"), Women-Owned Business Enterprises ("WBE") and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprises ("SDVOB") are encouraged to submit Proposals. All Proposers must submit with their proposal a copy of its Equal Employment Opportunity or Diversity policy along with a breakdown of all company staff by job classification, race and gender.
