Site work for a water / sewer project in Olathe, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of: Construction of a 0.5 MG composite elevated water storage tank and related appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. Bidding documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related charges. Corporate, certified, or cashier's checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies, Inc. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. The number of days within which, or the dates by which, the Work is to be substantially completed and ready for final payment are set forth in the Agreement. This project shall be substantially complete within 537 days
