The work consists of the following: OGSC Softball Parking Lot Improvements Phase I consists of construction of a new asphalt parking lot with curb & gutter to replace an existing gravel parking lot, construction of ADA ramp and stairs, and construction of a detention basin. The project will include construction of asphalt pavement with curb & gutter, concrete pavement, asphalt maintenance storm sewer, pavement markings, ADA ramp, stairs, and erosion control. A satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder or an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid for work shall be submitted with each proposal.
